- Order necessary associated utility equipment cutover.
- Co-ordinate cutover date with the utility.
- Act as point of contact for all negotiations with the utility. Coordinate with your personnel, consultants and subcontractors, if any, to expedite the installation.
- Act as your professional communications consultant making periodic surveys to insure system performance, upgrading your system as your growth continues, and keeping you abreast of new software offerings as they are made available.

Business Communication Specialists, Inc. Customer Service Department will provide complete pre-cutover and post-cutover training for your personnel at no additional cost.
We will also be available to provide your company with periodic on going training to keep your personnel up-to-date on the system. Station user and attendant guides will be provided for your convenience.
We will also prepare our technical schedule to meet your requirements.
